Payment and refunds
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Only the limit. Free covers 20 PDFs a calendar month, Pro has no limit. Everything else is the same.
Annual or monthly?
Annual is $69. Monthly is $8, which comes to $96 over a year, so annual saves about 28%. Monthly suits a single term or event season.
What does All tools include?
Every FairSign tool for $129 a year: Forms to PDF now, and each of the other tools as it opens. It is not on sale yet. Join the waitlist and we email you once when it is.
Who takes my payment?
Polar, our merchant of record. Polar runs the checkout, charges the card and handles sales tax. We never see your card number.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If FairSign is not right for you, write to support@usefairsign.com within 14 days of paying and we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from the receipt email Polar sends you, or write to us. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a team or school plan?
Yes. All tools for a team of up to 5 people is $249 a year. For more people, email support@usefairsign.com.
