Tell us the form's name, what you expected, what happened, and send a screenshot of any error. Please do not send respondents' personal data. A test response is enough.
Quick fixes
The PDF came out with {{placeholders}} still in it
The placeholder must match the form question title exactly, including capitalization and spaces. Rename the question or the placeholder so they are identical, then submit a new test response.
No email arrived
Check the respondent's spam folder, then your own Sent mail. If nothing was sent, you may have hit Google's daily email limit for your account. It resets on its own and differs between free Gmail and Google Workspace accounts.
Google shows a warning when I authorize
Read the permissions on the screen and compare them with the list on our privacy page. If a permission appears that is not listed there, do not continue and write to us.
The fonts look different in the PDF
The PDF is rendered by Google from your Doc. Use fonts that Google Docs provides, and check the Doc's own PDF export (File, Download, PDF) to preview what to expect.
I reached the free limit
Free covers 20 PDFs per calendar month. New PDFs pause until next month. Add a Pro license key to carry on now.
How do I uninstall it?
Open the Google Workspace Marketplace, go to Manage apps, choose ${ADDON} and uninstall. To remove its access entirely, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Billing
Payments go through Polar, our merchant of record. To cancel, use the link in your Polar receipt email. For a refund within 14 days of paying, write to support@usefairsign.com from the address you paid with.
