Calendar Sync

Create and update Google Calendar events from rows in a sheet, without making duplicates.

Free plan: 50 event changes a month, synced by hand

The problem it solves

The term timetable lives in a sheet. Every change means fixing the calendar too, and the last sync left two copies of every class.

  • Typing the same schedule into a sheet and a calendar.
  • Duplicate events every time a sync runs again.
  • Time zone mix-ups.

How it works

  1. 01

One event per row: title, date, time, guests.

  2. 02

Preview what will be created, updated or skipped.

  3. 03

Sync. Each row keeps a link to its event.

Questions

Will it delete my other events?

No. Deleting is off by default, and it only touches events it created from that sheet.

When can I use it?

Not yet. Join the waitlist and we send you one email when it opens.

Where does my data go?

It stays in your own Google account and does not pass through our servers. The only outside request is a license key check with Polar, which carries the key and nothing else.

How much does it cost?

Free: 50 event changes a month, synced by hand. Pro: $69 a year or $8 a month for this tool. All tools: $129 a year. Full refund within 14 days of paying.
